Job Description for AI-SOC Intern

Your Role:

• Development of artificial intelligence (AI) focused perception systems
• Definition of interfaces, efficient implementation and integration of algorithms and testing
• Benchmark and develop prototypes for proof of concept phase
• Develop and apply tools and methods enabling related activities
• Support hardware selection processes and become company expert for AI SoCs
• Interdisciplinary communication with algorithm experts and system developers

Your Background:

• 60% across academics
• Ph.D. or Master degree in in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Expert with proven background in embedded software development
• Must have strong programming skills in C, C++ including applying compiler and debugging methods
• Experience with code optimization approaches, well understanding memory dependencies
• Familiar with fixed point implementation and quantization
• Familiar with instruction sets and memory architectures, FPGA, DSP (e.g. TI C66/C7x) and AI processors
• Experience with ML platform / ecosystem: Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch, TFLite, TVM, … is a plus
• General knowledge about perception and machine learning algorithms
• Ability to work self-reliant, systematic and driven by goals, can-do attitude, teamplayer, good communicator
